Top SchoolErick Vazquez is an experienced IT leader and hands-on DevOps engineer with 11 years building and scaling hybrid-cloud infrastructure and operational teams across North America. Currently an IT Manager at Solera after Omnitracs’ acquisition, he leads a level-3 tactical operations group supporting 24 business units and drove the unification of 100+ domains while reducing MTTA/MTTR through standardized procedures and automation. He combines a designer’s sensibility and product-focused mindset with deep systems expertise—CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes, observability and incident response—to enable reliable delivery for mission-critical products. A servant leader and certified Scrum practitioner, he has a track record of developing scarce talent internally, stabilizing teams post-acquisition, and turning contractor knowledge into retained subject-matter experts. Based in Greater Mexico City, he is passionate about sustainable energy and brings an uncommon mix of UX-aware thinking and infrastructure rigor to cloud modernization efforts.
