Top SchoolEricky Dos Santos is a founding lead device engineer with 9 years of experience building full-stack, performance-focused systems across fintech, gaming, healthcare, and cybersecurity. At Playtron he designed the early GameOS architecture—shipping a Flutter UI, Rust backend services, a custom Chromium-based browser, and a local Rust server to enable secure, low-latency device communication. He has a strong track record of reducing integration friction through plugin-based architectures and extending authentication stacks (Ory Kratos/Hydra) to support modern Web3 login flows. Prior roles include full-stack engineering at Code Particle and production integrations for healthcare EHRs and cloud security tooling, reflecting both startup grit and enterprise discipline. Known for bridging product and engineering, he serves as a technical liaison who aligns roadmaps, partners, and global launches. Based in Glen Allen, VA, he combines systems-level thinking with hands-on Rust and UI work to deliver fast, secure device-first experiences.
