Top SchoolÉrico Andrei is a Plone consultant and seasoned technology leader with over 25 years in IT and more than 15 years working deeply with Plone, including core development and maintaining the OSX installer. He has a strong track record as CTO and co-founder across startups and ventures—leading rapid hiring, building microservices and DevOps cultures, and launching products at Rocket Internet, Briefy, WunderTax and RideLink. A longtime community builder, Érico served multiple terms on the Plone Foundation board, helped found Associação Python Brasil and led the PythonBrasil conference, bringing Plone and Python adoption into government and research sectors. He blends hands-on engineering in Python web stacks with marketing, pre-sales and team-building skills, and has repeatedly delivered time-sensitive deployments for governments, NGOs and enterprises. Less obvious: his background in business administration and even acting informs a rare mix of technical credibility, public-facing evangelism and organizational storytelling that helps projects gain adoption.
