Top SchoolErnest Tchoulom is a seasoned Tech Lead and CTO based in France with over a decade of experience designing and delivering large-scale web applications for major enterprises like France Télévisions, EDF, Carrefour and the French Ministry of Justice. He combines deep PHP/Symfony expertise across versions 2–6 with cloud-native and DevOps practices (GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI) to build performant, tested systems using DDD, SOLID and robust caching strategies (Redis, Varnish). Comfortable across databases from Oracle to MongoDB and versed in SSO and security, he drives end-to-end product delivery—from architecture and performance testing to CI/CD and production rollout. Known for documenting and formalizing processes with Confluence/Jira, he also brings practical hands-on roots from his Master’s thesis work and early OSS contributions, blending long-term architectural thinking with day-to-day engineering.
