Senior🎓
Top SchoolErnesto Tocino is a Senior Software Engineer with 13+ years building high-throughput, distributed backend systems across e-commerce, fintech, logistics and gaming. He is a polyglot practitioner—especially strong in Go, Node.js/TypeScript and Scala—who designs event-driven microservices, multitenant platforms and resilient data pipelines. Ernesto has repeatedly reduced operational cost and improved reliability by owning matcher/ETA systems, observability stacks (Grafana/Prometheus/ELK) and cloud-native migrations. As a tech lead he has scoped product and technical roadmaps, refactored cashier systems into true multitenant services, and onboarded real tenants end-to-end. He pairs hands-on coding with mentorship and hiring, thriving in fast-paced teams and mission-critical real-time domains. Based in Cádiz, Spain, he combines deep systems thinking with practical DevOps fluency that surfaces in measurable cost and uptime improvements.
