Top SchoolErnie Paschall is a seasoned software engineering leader with 14+ years of experience building and scaling full-stack, cloud-native systems and leading cross-functional teams. As Director of Software Engineering at Martin Marietta he drives adoption of microservices, containerization, SPA frameworks, and AI/LLM tooling while emphasizing agile practices and team cross-pollination across mobile, web, and middleware stacks. He has a track record of reducing total cost of ownership—crafting a design system that drastically cut maintenance and doubled online payment conversions—and has led multi-cloud migrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP. A hands-on architect and former founder of a consulting firm, he combines enterprise-grade integration and SaaS product delivery with practical mentorship of engineers. Based in Apex, NC, he pairs a BS in Computer Science and a recent executive leadership program with deep, language-agnostic technical fluency spanning Java, C#, Node, React/Angular, Kubernetes and modern databases.
