Top SchoolEser Ozvataf is a technical generalist and engineering leader with 11+ years of experience building and scaling product teams and cloud-native platforms across startups and large enterprises. He has moved from hands-on development to roles such as CTO, Head of Engineering, and Director, repeatedly driving Agile transformations, DevRel programs, and migration to Kubernetes and Go for high-scale services. Eser has led cross-functional delivery across distributed teams, established engineering performance and career frameworks, and helped raise pre-seed funding and launch product roadmaps. He’s an active open-source and community advocate—founder of Açık Yazılım, volunteer coordinator for national open-source initiatives, conference speaker, and science-tech streamer. Notably, he blends deep platform architecture experience (serverless, Kubernetes, cloud infra) with practical product delivery—stretching from mobile-first startups to enterprise modernization. Based in Istanbul, he curates his JavaScript/TypeScript open-source work and public tech content on his homepage and GitHub.
