Top SchoolEthan Lewis is a hands-on Chief Technology Officer with over a decade of experience designing and delivering distributed systems, currently leading ledger and blockchain-related engineering at Kochava from Sandpoint, Idaho. He combines low-level systems work—in languages like Go, Rust, C++, Java, and Python—with product and executive alignment, having worked directly with CEOs and CFOs to shape strategic initiatives. His technical leadership spans building a PBFT-style consensus protocol, a WebAssembly runtime, P2P networking and membership libraries, and a Rust smart contract SDK, reflecting deep expertise in fault-tolerant, high-throughput architectures. Known for migrating legacy systems to modern stacks (gRPC, Kafka, Kubernetes) and running teams across remote and local contexts, he balances operational rigor with rapid innovation. Outside of work he signals a calm, pragmatic approach—“Don't panic” is his Github tagline—suggesting steady leadership under pressure.
