Top SchoolÉtienne Charignon is a seasoned full-stack developer with 12+ years of professional experience, currently building the public-service startup eva within beta.gouv.fr in Paris. Grounded in a long-standing passion for computing since age 12, he combines deep hands-on Java and systems scripting skills with a strong background in Extreme Programming, SCRUM and ATDD from roles at Nortel, Valtech and other R&D teams.
