Top SchoolEugene Bibik is an entrepreneurial business leader and managing director with over 25 years of cross-border experience in the U.S., UK and Europe, currently serving on the group executive committee at Amber River. He has led large-scale transformations and M&A diligence across wealth management, biotech and financial services, scaling adviser networks and overseeing firms with billions in assets under influence. A London Business School MBA and MIT executive alumnus with an original training in medicine, Eugene combines analytical rigour with commercial instincts to drive operational turnarounds and strategic growth. He previously ran UK private client services for Russell Investments and founded advisory practices that delivered multi-market implementation programs. Known for bridging investor, operator and regulatory perspectives, he frequently sources and vets complex deals for multi-family offices. Outside the headline roles, his career shows a pattern of moving between frontline client-facing sales in pharma to high-level strategy—evidence of a pragmatic, execution-first leadership style.
