Summary
👤
SeniorEugene Brusov is a Senior Mobile Developer with ~9–10 years of experience specializing in Flutter, native Android/iOS and embedded IoT integrations, currently based in Budva, Montenegro. He has led end-to-end mobile projects and technical teams—bridging product, architecture and delivery as a Technical Project Manager while still hands-on in Flutter and native development. Recent work includes direct mobile ↔ embedded integration with Raspberry Pi and Pico devices over USB Gadget mode, custom kernel/image builds and Python USB services, showing uncommon depth across mobile, kernel and hardware layers. He builds resilient apps with Rx/BLoC patterns, strong testing practices and thoughtful DevSecOps improvements, and has shipped crypto wallet and AI-powered mobile applications. Comfortable switching between coding, architecture and project leadership, he combines entrepreneurial experience (founding Apploo) with pragmatic system design.
