Top SchoolEugene Nazirov is a Senior Backend Engineer based in Astana with 4–5 years focused on fintech, specializing in Golang and Python and shipping end-to-end services at scale. He has built and operated core banking components—Invoices, Wallets, Withdrawals—and handled traffic patterns up to 700k RPS average with peak resilience and high test coverage. At Tabby he architected IPO-compliant accounting cycles and introduced AI tooling (Autodoc CLI) that slashed documentation upkeep by 90%, while at Spenxy he simplified distributed finance flows using Temporal-based event sourcing. His background includes optimizing high-scale services at a top-10 bank, reducing costs via push notifications and taming memory leaks in Celery jobs, showing a pragmatic focus on reliability and efficiency. Comfortable across clouds, Pub/Sub/Kafka, Postgres, ClickHouse, and k8s, he blends hands-on engineering, system design interviewing, and mentorship. An interdisciplinary learner (including theology and education studies), he brings curiosity and a habit of popularizing advanced practices like agentic AI within teams.
