Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolEugene Shen is a founder and technical leader with a decade of engineering experience focused on bringing real-world assets on-chain as Co-Founder and CTO of Plume Network. He combines startup grit with product-scale engineering from prior roles at Beluga, dYdX, and Robinhood, where he worked on high-performance trading and fintech systems. Trained in Engineering Physics at UBC, he brings a systems-oriented approach that bridges low-level rigor and pragmatic product delivery. Based in New York, Eugene is building infrastructure aimed at unlocking institutional asset flows to blockchain markets and is comfortable navigating both protocol-level design and production-grade services. An operator who moves between product strategy and hands-on execution, he’s equally likely to sketch token economics as he is to ship resilient backend systems.
