Top SchoolEugenia Soldatenkova is an engineering manager and seasoned software engineer with 11+ years of hands-on development and over 6 years leading teams across high-growth consumer and logistics products. She has a proven track record transforming monoliths into microservices, stabilizing cross-functional teams, and optimizing operational processes—recently cutting duty tickets by more than half while reviving a demotivated C++ team at Yandex.Eats. Comfortable splitting time between coding and leadership, she builds sustainable CI/CD and on-call practices, mentors engineers through regular 1:1s and development plans, and hires for long-term engagement. Her background spans backend systems, big-data pipelines, and integrations for travel and messaging platforms, with early work in robotics and brain-computer interfaces that underscores a knack for diverse technical challenges. Based in Moscow, she pairs strategic stakeholder communication with pragmatic engineering to deliver cost-efficient, reliable products.
