Top SchoolEugenio Pace is a seasoned technology founder and operator best known for co-founding Auth0 and leading it through growth and acquisition by Okta, after which he ran the integration and later led Business Operations across strategy, IT, Data, and GTM. Over more than a decade he has blended product-led thinking with customer success and executive leadership, serving as CEO and VP Customer Success at Auth0 and as President of Customer Identity and Business Operations at Okta. He combines deep technical training (Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering background) with hands-on startup experience, which informed Auth0’s positioning as a foundational identity platform. Now retired from full-time executive work, he remains active as a board member (HiHello), a community builder (CrossFit Willows co-founder), and in philanthropy. Known for turning complex security and identity problems into developer-friendly products, he brings a pragmatic, systems-level view that few founders who scale to exit possess.
