Top SchoolEvan Carothers is a startup-focused founder and engineering leader with 11+ years building scalable web platforms, browser extensions, and polished UI/UX experiences. He cofounded and sold two martech/HR startups—Docalytics (acquired by Contently) and ZapInfo (acquired by Indeed)—and then helped integrate those products into larger enterprise ecosystems as a senior/staff engineer. Comfortable spanning full stack engineering, product and design, Evan specializes in turning analytics-driven ideas into reliable, high-volume production systems that help sales and recruiting teams work smarter. Based in Saint Paul, he pairs entrepreneurial instincts with hands-on craftsmanship, often tackling projects across wide technical scopes from complex interfaces to backend data pipelines. Notably, his career shows a pattern of founding product-first companies, navigating pivots and M&A, then staying to operationalize integrations at scale.
