Senior🎓
Top SchoolEvan McLean is a Melbourne-based senior software developer with 17 years of hands-on experience building Windows, Linux, web, client/server and standalone applications for corporate and SOHO clients. He brings deep language and database versatility—C/C++, Java, JavaScript, PHP, PL/SQL and experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server and Access—allowing him to architect and maintain systems across the stack. Evan has led application development for e-learning products and delivered enterprise solutions for large corporate and government customers, then transitioned to a long-running freelance practice providing custom internet and software development and support. Comfortable with both high- and low-end environments, he blends low-level systems know-how with pragmatic web and database engineering. Colleagues rely on him for maintenance-heavy codebases and practical, durable solutions; outside work he’s equally open to a technical problem or a coffee.
