Top SchoolEvelyn Hung is a Senior Software Development Engineer with 13 years' experience building performant front-end systems and large-scale infrastructure across Mozilla, Amazon, and Trend Micro. She blends deep JavaScript and C++ expertise with a Master's in Artificial Intelligence from National Taiwan University, bringing both algorithmic rigor and practical product focus to complex projects. At Mozilla she led and scaled front-end teams, shipped Firefox OS products across multiple form factors (including a best-selling TV build in Japan), and contributed performance improvements to Firefox Quantum. Her open-source work on the Gaia settings and UI demonstrates attention to UX edge cases and robust device integration (e.g., Bluetooth lifecycle and restoration). Based in Chiyoda, Japan, she is equally comfortable in hands-on engineering and cross-team program management, with a track record of turning partner requirements into shipped products. Colleagues value her mix of pragmatic problem-solving, mentorship, and ability to navigate technical and organizational trade-offs.
