Top SchoolEvgeniy Medvedev is a founder and seasoned DevOps engineer with a decade of experience building and operating cloud-native, horizontally scalable systems from Belgrade. He leads YuccaStream, a self-funded startup delivering a software video recorder that supports thousands of cameras and powers ISP offerings while also spawning related tooling like a regional ngrok analogue. His hands-on expertise spans Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, Prometheus/Loki/Grafana, FFmpeg-based video processing, and cost-optimized cloud migrations across AWS, DigitalOcean and bare metal. Evgeniy combines engineering and product ownership—covering DevOps, QA, client support, documentation and even accounting—for end-to-end service delivery. He has a pragmatic streak: building production-grade, no-investment products that solve regional needs and scale horizontally across dozens of servers.
