Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolEvgeniy Zakharchenko is an engineering manager with 11 years of experience, currently leading teams at Conductor from Kyiv and blending hands-on development with people-first leadership. He favors consumer-facing web and mobile projects, shipping JS/HTML5/CSS frontends and pairing them with Java for large-scale backends or Python/PHP for web apps. With a Master's in Electrical Engineering and a background in banking, he brings analytical rigor and cross-domain thinking to product decisions and agile delivery. A pragmatic advocate for IoC and unit testing, he values intelligence and respect within teams over tenure-driven hierarchies. Outside of obvious tech choices he prefers macOS as his daily driver and is particularly drawn to web analytics and mobile advertising challenges.
