Senior🎓
Top SchoolEwa Grela is a Python developer based in Warsaw with nine years of experience building and modernizing backend systems across logistics, building automation, telecom and e‑commerce. She specializes in Python (Django, FastAPI), REST APIs, performant SQL and test-driven development, with a track record of stabilizing legacy Python 2 code while incrementally migrating to modern services. Her biotechnology and plant molecular biology background gives her an uncommon systems-thinking perspective when designing data pipelines and telemetry-driven services. Comfortable in production incident response and CI/CD workflows, she shapes reliable long-lived systems and mentors peers through dev talks and knowledge sharing. Known for sharp attention to detail and “immaculate vibes,” she blends pragmatic engineering with strong communication and cross-domain curiosity.
