Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolFahri Novaldi is a software engineer with nine years of experience building platform and fulfilment systems across Southeast Asia, currently working at Grab after recent roles at Traveloka and AccelByte. He’s comfortable across full-stack and infra boundaries—shipping 0-to-1 web apps, static site generators, and client-side ML-enabled web tooling—while operating production deployments on Nginx, Cloudflare, and DigitalOcean. Fahri combines a strong academic foundation (Informatics, 3.86/4.0) with practical freelance experience, deliberately avoiding PHP stacks and favoring modern JS, Django, and on-device inference stacks like ONNX and tf.js. Known for a pragmatic, no-nonsense style (“no hug and kisses, only bug & fixes”), he brings clear ownership to reliability and observability in platform services. Colleagues appreciate that he pairs meticulous engineering with a wry candor—opinions are his own—and a track record of moving projects from prototype to stable production.
