👤
SeniorFakhar Anwar is a Senior Technical Project Manager and seasoned software architect with over two decades of industry experience and a focused eight-year track record in technical leadership roles. He blends hands-on backend engineering—specializing in asynchronous PHP (Swoole), Laravel, Phalcon—and database systems with proven delivery of enterprise-scale, event-driven microservice APIs. Known for designing high-throughput, load-balanced systems, he even authored CrustPHP, a lightweight asynchronous PHP framework aimed at rapid backend development. Fakhar excels at translating complex business workflows into object-oriented architectures, driving cross-functional teams, and implementing pragmatic Agile and ISO-driven processes. He has a history of optimizing live systems for blue-chip clients, from real-time gaming portals to financial ERP and ride-fraud detection. Based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, he pairs deep technical craft with strong client-facing communication and a habit of mentoring developers through code reviews and architectural guidance.
