Fayaz combines hands-on technical delivery with people leadership—managing a team of six deployment engineers and serving as primary engineering contact for 10+ customers while acting as a tech lead to unblock projects. He has a strong data and optimization background from a BMath in Honours Statistics with a combinatorics and optimization minor from University of Waterloo, which informs his approach to scalable tooling and tracking systems.
