Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolFayek Helmi is a Frontend Developer based in Montreal with 10 years of experience building polished web interfaces and interactive media. Trained in mechatronics, robotics and automation, he blends hardware design and fabrication with front-end engineering—founder of modular synth brand 256K LABS and a music producer who performs with custom electronics and retro gaming systems. He has delivered frontend solutions across agencies and product teams at Valtech_Absolunet, Centiva and Seedbox, and approaches UI work with a maker’s attention to physical interaction and experiential design. Comfortable across modern web stacks and curious about interactive installations, Fayek treats code as a creative tool—“an excuse to type on weird keyboards”—and continually merges artistic practice with technical craft.
