Senior🎓
Top SchoolFederico Fiorini is a Staff Software Engineer with a decade of experience building growth-focused product engineering at Webflow, where he currently leads the DevLink team and previously tech-led activation and lifecycle initiatives. He blends hands-on full-stack development (Node.js, React, GraphQL, Python) with product strategy, operational excellence, and experiment-driven growth, having built in-house experimentation and analytics frameworks. Federico has scaled teams through hiring, onboarding, and process definition while occasionally stepping in as interim PM and directly managing contractors. His background includes founding engineering roles and startups, blockchain smart contracts for an ICO, and a strong academic foundation with dual master’s degrees and a minor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Notably, he often sits at the intersection of product and engineering—turning growth hypotheses into instrumented, repeatable experiments that inform roadmap decisions.
