Top SchoolFederico Sánchez is a Senior Software Engineering Manager with 12 years of experience building scalable cloud platforms and high-throughput distributed systems across startups and large enterprises. Currently at Emi Labs he leads engineering growth and platform development for an AI-driven recruitment assistant that conversationally screens high-volume applicants. Previously he architected core PaaS and Queue-as-a-Service solutions at Mercado Libre handling billions of daily messages, combining hands-on coding (Java, Python, Ruby) with infrastructure design (Apache Pulsar, Envoy, Terraform). He’s equally comfortable coaching teams, defining technical standards, and delivering low-latency services from his earlier work designing APIs and event-driven systems. Based in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Federico blends product-focused leadership with deep operational experience in cloud-native observability and scalability. An understated strength is his track record of translating complex distributed requirements into maintainable platforms while growing engineering talent.
