Fedor Ezeev
Backend Developer
Summary
👤
SeniorFedor Ezeev is a Senior QA Automation Engineer and seasoned Python backend developer with over 20 years in IT and 14 years of focused hands-on experience, primarily across BSS and enterprise automation. He has led teams and built testing frameworks from scratch at scale (notably at Yandex) and routinely delivers robust, on-time projects while bridging technical and client-facing responsibilities. His background spans product management, database administration and full lifecycle software development, giving him a rare blend of managerial oversight and deep implementation skills. Recent work includes backend analytics, real-time video AI tooling, and subscription issue fixes in Django/Postgres/BigQuery stacks. He’s comfortable across tooling, from Selenium and custom fleet administration scripts to integrating voice assistants and legacy 1C systems, and often pairs development with strategic deliverables like investor whitepapers and cashflow projections. Based in Haifa, Israel, Fedor combines strong communication and stakeholder management with meticulous, test-driven engineering under pressure.
