Summary
👤
SeniorFelipe De Souza Dias is a Software Engineer with nine years of experience specializing in full-stack systems design, cloud migrations, and database optimization from Minas Gerais, Brazil. As Tech Lead at BITKA Analytics he led on-premise to Azure migrations, implemented Terraform-based IaC, and built CI/CD pipelines that improved code quality and delivery speed. He is fluent across .NET, Spring Boot, Golang, Node.js and modern front-ends (Vue/Angular), and has hands-on experience profiling and refactoring JavaScript and C# for performance-critical paths. Early roles in data science at Accenture sharpened his mathematical and optimization skills using C#, C++ and solvers like Gurobi/Cplex, informing pragmatic system designs. Currently at AlphaSights, he continues to bridge architecture and implementation while completing an MBA-style specialization in Software Architecture and advanced Go development. Colleagues would note his mix of low-level performance tuning experience and cloud-native leadership as a less obvious but practical strength.
