Senior🎓
Top SchoolFelipe Gutierrez is a senior cloud application architect with 15+ years designing and delivering large enterprise and legacy integration solutions across finance, education, government, and healthcare. He blends deep Java and JVM-language expertise (Spring, Groovy/Grails, Scala, Clojure) with hands-on experience in ESBs, messaging (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ), Camel/Fuse, OSGi and database platforms to modernize complex systems. At IBM he now focuses on cloud architectures and customer success, following a decade of platform and solutions architecture work at Pivotal/EMC where he helped shape SOA and cloud-native transitions. Comfortable in polyglot environments, he pairs systems programming skills (C/C++, Objective-C, scripting languages) with Linux ops and platform thinking. Notably, he has built lightweight ESB and web-based filesystem prototypes and led cross-domain integrations that bridge legacy stacks with open-source enterprise middleware.
