Summary
👤
SeniorFelipe Souza is a Founding Full-Stack Engineer based in São Paulo with about 15 years in software engineering and a decade of focused professional experience building product-stage web and mobile platforms. He has repeatedly joined early-stage companies and scale-ups—most recently as a founding engineer at YC-backed Contrario—bringing pragmatic full-stack skills across frontend, mobile and backend systems. His trajectory spans hands-on roles from junior front-end work at Wunderman to senior full-stack engineering at companies like HG Insights and Urban Legend, evidencing comfort shipping end-to-end features and evolving architecture. Felipe blends rapid product delivery with a background in multimedia and programming education, which informs his attention to UX and cross-platform compatibility. Colleagues would describe him as a builder who prefers early ambiguity and product impact over polished bureaucracy, often stepping into roles that require both coding depth and product ownership.
