Top SchoolFélix Gaudé is the CEO and co-founder of The Hacking Project, a peer-learning coding school he built to make practical programming education free and accessible after teaching himself from an economics background. With a decade of experience spanning product, operations, and teaching roles at beta.gouv.fr, ESSEC and IEP Paris, he blends hands-on technical enthusiasm—particularly for Ruby/Rails and Python—with practical startup and education instincts. He leads a community-driven, Freinet-inspired pedagogy that scales peer mentorship rather than traditional instruction, and has a track record of turning his own learning journey into institutionalized training. Based in Paris, he pairs entrepreneurial rigor from a Master’s in Entrepreneurship with civic-minded product work at beta.gouv.fr, quietly favoring impact over buzzwords.
