Senior🎓
Top SchoolFelix Huang is a Business Analyst with a decade of experience applying data analytics and product insights to improve customer-facing operations, currently building AI voice agents that prevent missed leads for professional and home services. With an MS in Management of Technology and Data Analytics from NYU and hands-on roles across analytics, product, and teaching, he bridges technical modeling with practical business outcomes like lead qualification and automated appointment booking. His background spans enterprise data work (UL Solutions), product analytics, and real-world hospitality and sales roles—giving him a rare appreciation for both technical metrics and frontline customer experience. Felix is pragmatic about automation: he focuses on 24/7 systems that reduce human friction rather than replace expertise, and he’s actively helping SMBs convert faster by operationalizing analytics into live voice workflows.
