Top SchoolFelix Mujkanovic is a doctoral candidate and software engineer with 11 years of hands-on experience at the intersection of computer graphics and machine learning, currently researching neural field scene representations at the Max Planck Institute for Informatics. A lifelong programmer since age 12, he combines rigorous academic training—MSc in Mathematics in Data Science and a BSc in IT-Systems Engineering—with practical leadership as a tutor and team lead across multiple institutions. He has a strong teaching pedigree, repeatedly earning top ratings for mentoring students in data engineering, operating systems, and applied data-mining competitions. Methodical and creative, Felix thrives on building tangible systems and prototypes rather than debating abstractions, and he brings that maker’s mindset to both research and production code. Based in Saarbrücken, Germany, he balances deep technical focus with clear communication and proven pedagogical impact.
