Top SchoolFernando Arias is a Frontend Platform Engineer with over a decade of experience designing and maintaining design systems and high-demand Angular applications across finance and enterprise clients. He currently leads technical evolution and platform operations for Kite, building an agnostic Web Components system (Stencil.js) and integrating AI-augmented workflows to accelerate component delivery from Figma to code. Skilled in optimising developer experience, he automates releases, repository management and microfrontend enablement using tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, while coordinating an internal community to spread best practices. His background ranges from hands-on UI development and RxJS-heavy checkout flows to mentoring full-stack cohorts, reflecting strong communication and teaching instincts. Based in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, he combines practical infrastructure stewardship with a focus on accessibility, reuse and measurable reductions in development time and incident rates. Notably, he prototypes AI-first design-to-code bridges that make design systems not just consistent but directly consumable by developer agents.
