Top SchoolFernando Belotto is a Senior Software Engineer with 8 years of experience building fintech and cloud-native systems, currently shaping infrastructure and products at Clade from Campinas. He combines backend microservices (Go, Java/Quarkus, Spring) and frontend expertise (React, TypeScript, React Native) to deliver end-to-end solutions, including banking apps and KYC/AML back-office platforms. Fernando has repeatedly led fast, high-impact projects—migrating full cloud infra to GCP with Terraform under tight deadlines and cutting operational costs by developing custom Help Desk/CRM tooling. He also teaches developers, having created and delivered multiple courses on microservices, testing and modern web stacks, reflecting a strong orientation toward developer productivity and knowledge transfer. Early research work in microfluidics and data analysis shows a curiosity for applied science and tooling that informs his pragmatic, data-driven engineering approach.
