Senior🎓
Top SchoolFernando Cremer is a solutions engineer with 10 years of experience helping engineering teams diagnose and resolve issues in Kubernetes and cloud-native environments, now based in the Cincinnati area. He has been a hands-on pre-sales and customer-success leader across high-growth startups, shaping demo flows, POVs, and hiring motions from Series A through later funding stages. At Cortex he was an early sales engineering hire helping the company scale through Series B and C, and he later led a team of five at Replicated before returning to individual contributions at Komodor. Fernando blends deep technical empathy with practical GTM experience—he’s comfortable in the weeds of troubleshooting while translating technical value to execs and buyers. A pragmatic implementer, he has repeatedly built repeatable pre-sales and customer success processes (including rolling out Gainsight) that survive hypergrowth. Outside of role titles, his career shows a pattern of joining teams early to codify repeatable playbooks that accelerate adoption and revenue.
