He has led large-scale real estate and retail developments—including oversight of projects valued in the hundreds of millions of euros—and combines technical engineering expertise with executive-level commercial and procurement acumen. Fernando founded and ran multiple consulting and engineering firms, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across urban rehabilitation, shopping centers, hotels and social housing programs in international markets.
