Senior🎓
Top SchoolFernando Saldana is a full-stack software engineer from Loja, Ecuador with nine years of experience building scalable web and mobile applications across finance, marketplaces, and social platforms. He is fluent in React, React Native, Ruby on Rails, Java, Node.js and Python, and has repeatedly shipped end-to-end projects including Stripe integrations, real-time notifications, and synchronized web/mobile experiences. Comfortable in remote, cross-time-zone teams, he practices pair programming and Scrum habits honed at Microverse and through long freelance engagements. At Condorsoft and as a freelancer he architected social and marketplace systems using PostgreSQL, Prisma, TRPC and Firebase, demonstrating solid backend design alongside reusable frontend component libraries. Now contributing to Banco de Loja, he brings a pragmatic blend of prototyping-to-production experience and a continual appetite for learning new tools and patterns. An interesting thread through his work is building full solutions from 0 to 100—shipping both product UX and the underlying APIs and deployments.
