Top SchoolFilip Reese is a product executive with 12 years of experience building AI- and robotics-driven solutions for agriculture and SaaS, currently leading Autonomy & Guidance at John Deere after scaling Blue River Technology’s See & Spray to widespread commercial deployment. He combines product strategy, go-to-market execution, and technical empathy to turn autonomy research into reliable field systems that deliver measurable ROI for farmers. Earlier roles at Culture Amp and 99designs show a proven track record of launching and scaling new products—from $0 to $1M ARR in six months to improving engagement and conversion.
