Filipa Marta is a Frontend Developer and UX/UI designer based in Lisbon with a decade of experience crafting accessible, user-focused web and mobile experiences. She blends strong technical skills in React, Next.js, TypeScript and design systems with hands-on experience in Figma and Adobe Suite, having built production design systems like “Genie” and Web Component libraries. Her career path—from applied microbiology research to founding music agencies, producing festivals, and DJing—gives her a rare combination of analytical rigor and creative empathy that informs practical, human-centered solutions. Filipa has led frontend teams and served as product owner, improving code quality through TypeScript and testing practices while shipping cross-platform apps with Angular/Ionic and Flutter. She’s known for turning complex UX problems into scalable component-driven systems and for bringing cultural project leadership to digital product development. Currently at Telenor, she continues to focus on accessible, maintainable interfaces that harmonize design and engineering.
