Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolFilippo Nova is a Senior Platform Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, and cloud-native platforms, currently building IaaS and AI/ML platform capabilities for enterprise teams. He has led platform redesigns and FinOps initiatives at high-growth Latin American startups and engineered multi-tenant, Kubernetes-based ML and developer platforms using AWS, Terraform, Kubeflow, MLflow, and Backstage. Known for pragmatic automation and clear communication, he creates “golden path” blueprints, IaC guardrails, and observability stacks that reduce drift, cut time-to-production and lower MTTR. Comfortable pairing with product and data teams, he blends platform reliability with developer ergonomics—empowering teams to ship safely and at speed. Based in Porto and fluent in cross-cultural environments, he brings a calm, empathetic leadership style informed by both startup scrappiness and enterprise-grade operational rigor. Beyond core platform work, he’s driven by a curiosity for how systems scale and a track record of translating that into repeatable, audited platform patterns.
