Senior🎓
Top SchoolFlávio Tonon is a back-end software developer with eight years of experience building scalable microservices and document-validation systems, currently working at unico IDtech in São Paulo. Trained as an electrical engineer at UNICAMP and later earning an MBA in Software Engineering, he discovered his passion for software during an exchange in Prague and has since specialized in Golang, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), Kubernetes and observability tooling. He has led technical teams, mentored peers, and driven measurable performance improvements—refactoring endpoints that cut CPU and memory use dramatically and creating services that automatically validate a large share of document fields. Comfortable across the full delivery lifecycle, he couples hands-on coding and code review with process improvements like API documentation strategies and internal support automation. An engineer who blends systems-thinking from his industrial background with product-focused execution, he also brings practical experience in onboarding, discovery and technical hiring.
