Top SchoolFlorent Thiéry is a hands-on product and technology leader with 15 years of experience building connected, video-centric platforms and cloud solutions, co-founding and serving as CPTO of UbiCast where he led product strategy, a dev/ops team, and multimedia engineering. Now a Product Manager at OVHcloud focused on an air-gappable OnPrem Cloud Platform, he combines deep technical judgment with design thinking to move ideas from exploration to production quickly. Fluent in multimedia capture/streaming, security-aware engineering, and data-driven product decisions, he also brings practical DevOps and release-management experience from building appliance software and Python tooling. An organizer of process improvements and experimental governance (Holacracy) and a design thinking facilitator, he blends entrepreneurial grit with an uncommon 360° perspective that turns technical feasibility into measurable business impact.
