Senior🎓
Top SchoolFlorian Weinaug is a Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Software Architect based in Hamburg with 10+ years building scalable, user-focused applications across mobile, web, and backend systems. He blends hands-on development (React, Expo/React Native, Flutter, .NET/C#) with pragmatic architecture practices like Domain-Driven Design and clean architecture to solve performance and offline-first challenges. At claimsforce he led end-to-end product transitions, implemented a headless design system with Storybook, and introduced tools (React Query, Zod, NX) to improve developer experience and reliability. Previously he ran engineering teams, shaped delivery processes, and mentored developers in agency and platform settings. Known for obsessing over UX and measurable performance gains, he routinely bridges product design and technical execution to deliver maintainable, efficient systems.
