Senior🎓
Top SchoolFlorin Bicher is an engineering manager with 12 years in tech and a decade of leadership experience, currently scaling teams and delivery at TravelLocal from Greater Nantes. He specializes in building engineering processes, embedding DevOps and cloud CI/CD (AWS, Terraform, blue/green deployments) to move releases from monthly to multiple daily deploys while consolidating infrastructure and cutting costs. Florin has repeatedly led organisational transitions—reintroducing Scrum, guiding Task Force and Product Operating Model shifts, and coaching Agile practitioners across teams—while also owning hiring, onboarding automation and people development. His background spans hands-on DevOps and backend work (Python/Django, Docker, GitLab CI) and CEO roles in education startups, giving him a rare blend of operator mindset and product-led leadership. Outside work he balances team sport and immersive single-player gaming, a habit that reflects both collaborative energy and focused deep work.
