A seasoned C++ and .NET specialist, he combines deep expertise in generic programming, STL, COM, and modern .NET stacks with practical experience in WPF, EntityFramework, SQL Server, PHP/MySQL and Excel integration. He has led development teams and shipped mission-critical systems across industries from rail signalling to business intelligence and telecom billing. Fran’s background in physics (MPhys) and a PhD in superconductivity underpins a rigorous, analytical approach to problem solving and complex algorithm design. Based in Zurich, he blends hands-on coding with strategic leadership, often writing both elegant and customer-driven pragmatic software.
