Senior🎓
Top SchoolFrancesco Sardella is a Senior Software Architect with over three decades of experience shaping technology strategy, sales-aligned solutioning, and large-scale digital transformation across IBM, Octotelematics, and HCLSoftware. He blends technical depth—spanning security, mainframe, cloud and enterprise architecture—with a commercial, customer-facing mindset that earned a multi-year international assignment to grow accounts and pipelines in France. Known for creating and leading high-performance, cross-border teams, he shifted organizations from product silos to a consultative sales approach that maximized portfolio value and brand awareness. At Octotelematics he scaled production teams and optimized vendor acquisition to consistently exceed quotas, while at HCLSoftware he serves as the trusted technical consultant on complex opportunities. Outside his corporate roles he is active in application security communities as a security engineering practitioner and CTF player, bringing hands-on offensive/defensive insight to governance and architecture decisions.
