Top SchoolFrancesco Zanoli is a Staff Software Engineer based in Milan with a decade of experience building scalable, maintainable systems across fintech and identity verification. He progressed through engineering and leadership roles at Klarna and Onfido, delivering microservices and data-labeling tools for high-availability biometric products and moving into staff-level architecture work at Klarna. His background spans full-stack development, AI-driven chatbot platforms, and tooling for labelling and data generation, with a practical focus on maintainability and scalability. Trained across European and international engineering programs, he combines hands-on implementation (from C# compilers and VR I/O to JavaScript and cloud services) with leading cross-functional teams to productionize complex systems. An appetite for integrating AI services into customer-facing products and a track record of shipping robust microservices make him strong at turning research-heavy requirements into operational software.
