Top SchoolFrancis Asencio is a Senior Quality Engineer with 9 years of focused experience driving manufacturing excellence across aerospace, energy, defense, and medical device sectors. He combines hands-on process development—fixture and tooling design, CNC/Swiss machining strategies, and shop-floor training—with strategic quality leadership in AS9100/ISO/ISO13485-regulated environments. Throughout roles at Siemens Energy, GE Aviation, and multiple precision manufacturers he has led CAPA, COQ reduction, and APQP/SPC deployments that measurably cut escapes, costs, and delivery delays. Known for translating complex designs into robust, auditable manufacturing instructions, he frequently bridges design, CNC programming, and validation to accelerate transfers to higher-efficiency equipment. Based in Cabrero, Biobío Region, he pairs continuous improvement instincts with a track record of operationalizing compliance across international supply chains. He’s equally comfortable solving root causes with 8D/5-Why as he is architecting process changes that scale production yield.
